I worked as a girls\' lacrosse coach for the East Ave Girls Travel U10 team as well as for Hinsdale Herd, a recreational team with players of all ages. In these roles, I focused on developing fundamental skills, fostering teamwork, and promoting a positive and inclusive environment. Additionally, I coached co-ed lacrosse camps where I connected with players of various ages and skill levels, helping them improve their abilities and build confidence on and off the field. Through these experiences, I developed strong communication and leadership skills while inspiring a love for the game in young athletes.

ABOUT KAELYN ROTH
I am a first-year Finance major at Virginia Tech interested in pursuing a career on the professional liability side of insurance. My background as a special education teacher\'s aid, lacrosse coach, and lifeguard has strengthened my communication, leadership, and organizational skills. In addition, my volunteer experience has given me valuable teamwork and time management experience. I am excited to continue developing my skills and knowledge to build a career in the finance/insurance industry.
