An effective justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) strategy is like dropping a stone in a pond. When done right, the impact ripples through the organization\'s people and culture, into its products and services, and finally into the community. I hope to be that stone to have that greater impact on people’s lives.I believe in making an impact by empowering people to thrive through JEDI strategic initiatives.
