About Kathleen Dwyer
I\'m a search executive with an extensive background working in-house with iconic luxury home brands such as Williams-Sonoma, Inc. and RH. I joined the Janou Pakter team in 2021 to build out a practice dedicated to clients in the home space. My career in search started over 20 years ago when I joined Onsite Commercial Staffing, an Aerotek company. From here, my career blossomed and evolved supporting companies in a variety of industries and disciplines including Engineering, Administrative, Accounting + Finance. In 2012, I transitioned my career to the luxury retail space and joined RH on the Talent Acquisition team and supported all functions across the corporate office. In 2015, I transitioned to Williams-Sonoma, Inc. where I supported all brands during my tenure including Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, PBteen, Mark & Graham, Rejuvenation, Williams Sonoma, Williams Sonoma Home, West Elm, Shared Services as well as the Global teams. I\'m a respected business executive, deeply connected in the home industry and take pride in my customer centric approach to long lasting partnerships.
