I’m a faith-driven leader committed to building systems that help people flourish and organizations steward their mission with clarity and integrity. My work has focused on helping churches and nonprofits translate vision into faithful execution — designing pathways that guide people from first connection to meaningful, long-term involvement, strengthening partnerships, and improving how communities experience an organization’s work. I bring a product-oriented and operational mindset to ministry and nonprofit work, building repeatable processes, managing complex logistics, and refining offerings based on real needs and feedback. Previously, I served within a member congregation where I developed and led an end-to-end engagement and assimilation strategy rooted in hospitality, discipleship, and responsible stewardship. Before that, I supported senior leadership at a national nonprofit by managing operations, partnerships, and communications across a distributed environment. I’m most energized by work that equips leaders, strengthens communities, and applies principled, bottom-up solutions to complex challenges — always with the goal of serving faithfully and pursuing lasting impact.
