About Kadie Schnabel

I am a dependable individual passionate about the healthcare industry as I think whole person health is a meaningful and rewarding career. I incorporate Lean Continuous Improvement principles into my role and encourage others to always look for opportunities and incorporate those principles into their work.My passions also align with helping military families, particularly spouses, feel seen, heard, and understood. As a leader within my organization\'s military group, I aim to connect individuals who share common stories to improve overall mental health in the workplace.I am currently a strategy lead focused on improving client and provider operations in the Medicare market. This includes working across a highly matrixed organization in order to create the best outcomes to grow our business. My educational background includes an Industrial and Systems Engineering degree and a Management minor. This is a unique skillset as it allows me to flex between technical conversations and more high level business strategy. I have done this throughout my work experience in both a med device manufacturing setting but also in the insurance and technology business. It has allowed me to be flexible and perform consulting work alongside my project management skillset.
