I have over two years of experience in customer service and data management, where I have excelled in various roles and projects. As the Head Tutor at Smart Steps Western, I manage a group of tutors to ensure productive, fun, and educational tutoring sessions for students of all ages and levels. I use my proficient Excel skills to organize tutors and tutees, track their progress, and address any issues or concerns. I also work closely with the Co-Presidents to meet time-sensitive deadlines and quality standards. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree at Western University, where I have honed my skills in business strategy, forecasting, coding, and data analysis.
