ABOUT KADEN GILES
I am a recent graduate of San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and an emphasis in Industrial–Organizational Psychology, complemented by minors in Religious Studies and Leadership Development. I graduated with a 3.8 GPA and Magna Cum Laude honors. Through my academic and professional experiences, I have developed a strong foundation in leadership, organizational support, communication, and working with diverse populations. I currently work at Warren-Walker School, where I began as an intern and now serve as a paid staff member, leading entrepreneurship programs, managing nonprofit initiatives, supporting administrative operations, and acting as a reliable point of contact for faculty and leadership. My background also includes roles in education, hospitality, youth mentorship, and athletics, where I strengthened my ability to lead, collaborate, and problem-solve in fast-paced, people-centered environments. I am passionate about meaningful work that combines psychology, leadership, and community impact, and I am eager to continue growing in roles that value teamwork, initiative, and purpose-driven leadership.
