Global Logistics Center (“SLCGLC”) was formed to build the nation’s most sustainable Global Logistics Center, connecting the World to the West. SLCGLC has capacity to accommodate up to 50 million square feet of Class A bulk distribution and manufacturing space. Phase 1 of the development is underway and is planned to consist of 10 buildings totaling 7.5 million square feet. Management Group (“RMG”) is the newly formed parent company of two leading MHC & RV brands: Treehouse Communities and Vineyards Management Group. Roots acquires, improves, and manages manufactured housing communities across the US. Each community is managed by either of its two management brands. With their combined brands, Roots is already one of the top 5 largest MHC operators in the US. RMG’s mission is to help increase the availability of best-in-class housing options people can afford.
