ABOUT KADE PELTON
I am currently working for the University of Toledo’s Football Recruiting, and Operations departments. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Bowling Green State University, where I developed expertise in sport management, analytics, marketing strategy, and football operations. Previously, I served as an Equipment Assistant for the Atlanta Falcons and as a Scouting Intern for the New England Patriots, supporting draft preparation and off-season projects. Additionally, I gained experience in college football operations as a Football Recruiting Assistant at Bowling Green State University. Football has always been a passion of mine, shaped in part by my grandfather, longtime NFL Defensive Coordinator Dean Pees. With a deep understanding of the game and firsthand experience in scouting, I am eager to continue learning from top professionals in the industry. I bring a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-first mentality to every opportunity.
