I am a transwoman leader, CSR & DEI practitioner, social impact advocate, and artist based in Pune, Maharashtra. With a postgraduate background and strong grassroots experience, I work to advance inclusive CSR models, LGBTQIA+ workplace inclusion, mental health awareness, and sustainable livelihood opportunities for the transgender community especially transwomen.I am associated with CYDA (Centre for Youth Development Activities), Pune, and the MangalMukhi Kinnar Charitable Trust, where I contribute to community-led programmes, corporate partnerships, policy advocacy, and inclusion-driven initiatives aligned with ESG and SDG goals.Through theatre, film, and storytelling, I drive social behaviour change and awareness, having contributed to projects like Taali, Rozzy, Ardham, and Nazariya. I have also led first-of-its-kind initiatives such as transgender recruitment drives with municipal corporations, Maharashtra’s first trans fashion show, and the founding of Shikhandi Dhol Tasha Pathak, the state’s first all-transgender cultural troupe.Recognised as a strong voice for the transgender community, I collaborate with corporates, government bodies, and NGOs to build equitable systems, safe workplaces, and inclusive growth pathways.Open to CSR, DEI, ESG, and Inclusion partnerships
