Manage and oversee live race days, relationship with our crowd management vendor, and communication trackwide.• Create and manage a live race meet open and live race meet close checklist that ensures all tasks arecompleted prior to race meet and rooms are properly closed / cleaned at the end of a meet• Produce a daily “run of show” that highlights opening times, estimated attendance levels, special events, etc.• Manage the relationship with our ushering and crowd management vendor, including but not limited to management of the vendor P&L, staff placements and staff utilization• Assist with training and briefing our crowd management supervisors and provide them with the tools and resources needed to succeed throughout the venue.• Serve as operations representative in the Facility Operations Center on live race days• Develop all access control materials, including credential boards, staff guides, and informational sheets for hourly team members.
