Consumer and Commercial Loan Services, including drafting addenda to standard loan documents and ensuring proper collateralization and lien attachment / perfection. Serving on and supporting PNFP\'s loan document teams, which review, test, and approve all updates to PFNP\'s standard loan document libraries. Serving on and supporting PNFP\'s Community Association team, which is focused on creating and implementing deposit and loan products to meet the growing needs of HOAs, COAs, and POAs.I also serve as a true general counsel and provide daily support to PNFP associates on topics ranging from suspected elder abuse to NDAs to deposit accounts.
