ABOUT KACIE DRAGAN
I am currently an assistant professor of health policy and management at Columbia University. I earned my PhD in Health Policy from the Harvard University PhD Program in Health Policy, where I was a 20••••24 Radcliffe Institute fellow. I also completed a research fellowship at The Dartmouth Institute. My research draws on theories and methods from both economics and epidemiology to study how health systems interact with the broader social safety net to influence well-being, including evaluations of policies addressing social determinants of health.My research is highly interdisciplinary, and I have taught at the undergraduate, Masters, and doctoral level.
