A Lifetime of Experience Matters!I began my journey in 1981 as a mortgage loan specialist, including but not limited to processing, funding, document drawing, underwriting and escrow. In I obtained my real estate license and from that point, my career took off! In 2005, I entered into new home sales with Lennar. As a new home sales consultant, I was able to improve and enhance my sales techniques and marketing skills. 2012, the most challenging position, being a Community Manager for several Multi-family properties throughout Sacramento. 2015, re-hired with Lennar Home Builders in Sacramento. Living the Dream each day, assisting customers with the purchase of their new home! Most satifiying career ever! Certifications Include: Short Sale Certification; Certified New Homes Sales Professional (CSP); Certified Mortgage Specialist (CMS).
