As the founder and Education Director of Providence Real Estate Education (PREE), an NCREC-approved education provider, I design and deliver continuing education courses that empower North Carolina real estate professionals to grow their businesses, serve clients ethically, and stay compliant with Commission rules.In this role, I-Develop and teach NCREC-approved CE courses such as Listening to the Pros: Hot Topics in Real Estate and Talking the Talk: Professional Communication-Lead curriculum design that blends practical, real-world insights with adult learning best practices to create engaging, interactive classroom experiences-Manage all aspects of operations — from instructor onboarding and compliance to marketing, sponsorship development, and student support-Expand professional development offerings beyond CE, including one-on-one coaching, tools for agents (success planners, ROI worksheets, contractor networks), and traveling notary services-Build strategic partnerships with brokerages, country clubs, and community organizations to deliver high-quality education in accessible, unique learning environments.Providence Real Estate Education is committed to raising the standard of professionalism in North Carolina real estate through engaging instruction, practical tools, and a student-first approach.
