Supporting Building Construction, LEM, Weighing, and other miscellaneous business groups single-handedly and efficiently. Successful transition of new products and product enhancements from concept through the manufacturing process (Product Lifecycle). Working across functional boundaries including Engineering, Buyers, Testing, Quality and Project teams. • Successfully released a new Gyro sensor with minimal assembly time and 50% cost compared to its predecessor- breakthrough in the company history. • Key element for Product Design review, DFM, assembly and testing inputs along with Design FMEA. Identified cost/time reduction areas for new and existing products. • Spearheaded manufacturing launch of XR10 which surrounds HoloLens 2 with plastic enclosures for construction sites within two months with minimal error in production. Saved company ~$500k in manufacturing with minimal addition of materials. • Excelled within multiple teams for the same roles that dealt with gyro sensors, card readers and load system family products. • Supported renovation as well drove corrective improvements on the legacy Gyro sensor to save ~$1M in overall sales cost including failure. • Led Engineering/Pilot builds across products and successfully implemented 5-6 design changes to products. • Led the packout line transfer to origin eliminating handling related scrap which summed up to be ~150k in two months. • Proven leader for product manufacturing line layout, process flow, process FMEA, concepts for fixture/aids, SOPs, line balancing activity and capacity analysis on assembly lines. • Working knowledge of gage R&R, capability study along with other statistical tools to release product manufacturing with highest possible product quality.
