About Kacey Riccomini
I focus my practice on commercial and employment litigation, where I create and execute effective and practical litigation strategies to address a variety of complex disputes for clients, from members of the Fortune 500 and large privately held companies to smaller businesses in a variety of industries, including automotive, commercial leasing, construction, fashion, industrial, manufacturing, real estate, restaurant, retail, and telecommunications. I represent clients in state, federal and appellate courts as well as before various dispute resolution agencies, at all stages of litigation, including trial and arbitration hearings. As an experienced writer, I serve on the editorial boards for Bender\'s Labor & Employment Bulletin and Bender\'s California Labor & Employment Bulletin. I also regularly publish in these and other publications, including the Los Angeles Daily Journal.I maintain an active pro bono practice, including, for example, prosecuting claims by a prisoner whose civil rights were violated based on his race and other protected characteristics, and representing a client in obtaining name and gender marker changes to affirm their identity. Additionally, I serve on Thompson Coburn LLP\'s Women\'s Business Development Committee, the Los Angeles office\'s Strategic Planning Group, and I mentor diverse associates through the firm\'s mentorship program.
