At Estée, I work with the business groups to help with the consumer-facing aspects of our multiple websites, whether it be with their projects that allow you to enter a digital store or check out with different currencies. Previously, I offered full service brand protection services focusing on clients in the consumer product. From infringement risk evaluation and analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of large brand portfolios to writing cease and desist letters and assisting in intellectual property and privacy litigation, I enforce and defend my clients’ intellectual property rights. I also assist in managing litigation strategy. I also assisted clients in the brand development stage and in cases of mergers and acquisitions by providing IP due diligence, including a full analysis of portfolio assets. I draft nuanced license and sponsorship agreements on behalf of my company, and also counsel in technology and privacy transactions.
