As a Therapeutic Technician in a partial hospitalization program for minors, I work directly under senior primary therapists and psychiatrists, delivering one-on-one support and assisting with the therapeutic process in group sessions. My responsibilities include coaching clients in coping skills, supervising medication, and facilitating skill-building and community integration activities.
