With over 30 years of experience in navigating the complexities of the global insurance landscape, I lead high profile strategic initiatives for Tier 1 international insurers and financial institutions. As a partner at EY, my focus is on the architecture of institutional resilience, ensuring that the world\'s largest carriers are not only compliant but are future proofed against systemic risks and equipped to drive growth through a better view of risk and speed to market.My expertise lies in the intersection of large scale regulatory change and driving implementation. I have spent 2 decades as a trusted advisor to boards and C-suite executives on:1) Resilience - Recovery & Resolution Planning ( designing robust frameworks to ensure stability under extreme systemic or idiosyncratic stress ); Liquidity Risk Management ( reporting and managing liquidity in BAU and market stress )2) Regulatory Strategy & Change - having steered firms through Brexit strategy and large scale regulatory change, I translate dense geopolitical/regulatory shifts to implementing strategy3) Future Proofing the Business - Integrating Climate Strategy into the business model improves the view of risk.
