ABOUT KAAMINI JAYSHREE SUHAS

I am an India-qualified attorney with experience in handling civil commercial litigation and arbitration for clients from diverse sectors including telecommunication, technology, FMCG, chemical and fertilizer industry. I also handled few international commercial arbitrations under LCIA for transnational corporation in engineering consultancy. Equipped and trained in drafting various legal documentation including writ petitions, statement of claims, evidence affidavit, written statements, case for opinions etc. The fundamental values that define my work are proactiveness, determination, leadership and teamwork. I understand and approach the project/assignment in a holistic manner to develop a unique modus operandi for effective and efficient completion of the assignment at hand. I hold a deep interest in the area of International trade law and field of Alternative Dispute Resolution especially development of Mediation in emerging economies like India. Along with my professional experience and fondness in law, I hold a passion for public policy and have worked with developmental organization and Member of Parliament/Member of Legislative Assembly in designing and executing their social policy. I hone my analytical and interpersonal skill sets along with leadership and research-backed actions. I am also currently spearheading a project named Saksham which intends to facilitate women Self Help Group in the Dhule District of Maharashtra for generating alternative livelihood.
