   In this role I support a various enterprise clients by finding top talent in the digital space that can help them better achieve their goals. I am responsible for understanding market hiring trends, skillset landscape and market place landscape and use this information to be a partner to both clients and prospective job seekers. In my role I am also tasked with the following: • Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools • Evaluate candidates’ strengths compared with clients’ requirements by, for example, evaluating, screening, and interviewing the candidate. • Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements. • Complete necessary pre-employment processes including reference checks and background/drug tests. • Work with Account Managers to identify top accounts, target skill sets, key market segments, and to assess clients’ staffing requirements. What Else I Do at Work? Lead our Multicultural Employee Resource Group (MERG)- Plan and execute all market programming concentrated on fostering an Inclusive and Diverse team - Increased MERG market participation by 150%- Partner with our Directors of Business Operations to develop strategies for attracting and retaining more diverse sales talent - Developed relationships with local HBCUs to provide career literacy workshops to students
