At Medline the goal is to make the world digitalized by providing services and products to all the different problems and situations across various industries. Being able to fit on the Healthcare sector products and services on our team was one out of 5 working on Healthcare functionality and products. We were building out small web apps & widgets which were integrated with many devices for the patients to look at daily and monthly summaries of their symptoms and activity. Clinicians microservice can collect the info and can compile a comprehensive patient profile and develop a targeted treatment plan with standardized updates on a patient’s symptoms. Involved a lot of AWS triggers, instances, & schedulers to improve the latency.
