Release Responsibility, Product Ownership, Design Review/DPAR, Localization, Program Management for Engine Developments, SOP Release, Supplier interaction and meet Quality/Cost Targets. Spearheading entire Product Engineering & Program Management including feasibility analysis, finalising specifications, prototype planning, testing, getting approval for prototype, Engineering change management, failure analysis and coordination for making necessary modifications in the designed product.5. Developing the product to meet customer requirement & translating the design model for a specific project using various tools; taking feedback of customers on newly developed products and bringing changes.6. Steering the successful rollout of projects with accountability of defining scope, setting timelines, analysing requirements, prioritising tasks and identifying dependencies as per pre-set budgets.
