Work closely with the Client Service team to understand Hiring Manager needs.Process Management: Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to keep candidate information, interview feedback, and hiring statuses updated.Strategic Planning and Reporting: Develop and implement recruitment strategies, prepare detailed reports on recruitment metrics.Candidate Experience: Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, extending offers and negotiating terms.Employer Branding: Promote the company’s culture, values, and benefits to attract candidates.
