Having spent four meaningful years in law school, I have gained far more knowledge and experience than I initially anticipated. Starting with internships at District Courts, I gradually progressed to corporate offices, each experience broadening my understanding of the law in practice. Currently, my internships focus on capital markets offerings and regulatory matters. In this role, I am actively involved in drafting offer documents for IPOs, FPOs, rights issues, and secondary market transactions, alongside preparing related agreements and assisting in regulatory filings with stock exchanges. As I continue in these internships, I look forward to further expanding my insights and practical skills in the legal industry.
