With 23 years of in-depth experience in supply chain management and building of value chain building, Presently, I am heading Supply Chain (End to End) & Capability Building at Mahindra Last Mile Mobility (LMM), a leading manufacturer of electric and ICE three-wheelers in India followed by a circular economy. I am responsible for ensuring seamless operations of direct and indirect material flow, vendor capacity building, capex budgeting, logistics management, cost optimisation projects under IBL/ Operations cost and blue-collar manpower planning for the entire product portfolio of LMM. Before this assignment, I got the opportunity to Handle multiple projects of Powertrain, Launch of new models, Digitization projects to reduce man hrs/operation, Cost optimisation ( Cost/eq veh) in direct materials & indirect services in previous organisations.As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and APICS member, I have successfully implemented SAP Ariba, reduced direct material cost, and improved warehouse management across the value chain. I have also led cross-functional teams, conducted supplier quality audits, and facilitated external audits of IATF, MRP accuracy, and safety standards. My mission is to leverage my strategic sourcing, procurement planning, business development, and techno-commercial skills to drive operational excellence, sustainability, and customer satisfaction for LMM.
