Handling of mailbox, ensuring the collection of follow-up information and queries are resolved.9. Weekly and Monthly data reconciliation for types of cases. Including ICSRs.10. Dedicatedly handling end to end processing of Medical Information Requests Forms.11. Involved in making product based training documents and training new joiners for the products and MICC SOPs.
