I am a certified trauma sensitive mindfulness coach and group facilitator using a compassion-based approach informed by the Internal Family Systems model. My coaching and facilitation career emerged from my 20+ year career as a fashion model known for driving social and environmental transformation in the industry and 15+ years of experience working in impact finance. I enjoy helping individuals to live more intimate, creative, and fully realized lives, and I love working with businesses to foster a culture of relational safety, mindfulness, and generosity.
