About K. C. Uber

I am currently an Integrated Community Specialist - Adult GMHSU with Banner Health Plans, on the Integrated Community Care team! I was previously a Banner Member Advocate and before that a Recovery Support Specialist (RSS) Manager at Connections HS. Being in Behavioral Health as a person with lived experience, is one of the most rewarding jobs ever. Interestingly enough I was engaging in peer support as an avocation while I was in other managerial type positions like running a Farrier shop, managing a cab company, and establishing a Beard Care company of my own on the side. Passion, enthusiasm, and experience is what makes me unique to my position. What ever I do I give my best. I excel at networking and building relationships in my community whether it be on a personal or professional level. I enjoy connecting people to other people for healthy and growth minded collaborations. Authentic self-care is a deeply embodied part of my life flow. At one time also became so intrigued with self care that I started a beard care company called Uber Beard where I would create custom oils, balms and butters as well as selling grooming tools! That was very enjoyable for me to be a creator. I am at a great place in my life at the moment professionally growing and thriving with Banner Health Plans. The main focus of my life surrounds raising two beautiful girls with an amazing partner. In my spare time I have begun to continue my formal education by pursuing my Associate of Arts Degree at Rio Salado College. In the Spirit of my new life it is a Blessing to be as helpful as I possibly can to those around me!
