Bain also serves as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Community Capacity Development (CCD), an organization dedicated to human justice through grassroots-driven community renewal and public safety initiatives. His commitment to equity is further highlighted by his role as a Commissioner on New York City’s Racial Justice Commission, where he works diligently to identify and dismantle systemic barriers to opportunity and equity.In addition to these roles, Bain is the co-director of the National Executive Council (NEC) at the Columbia University Center for Justice, focusing on supporting communities affected by poverty and incarceration.
