Currently working as a freelance Management/Principal Consultant-Strategy. For the last 15 months. Prior to that was with CMPTL (UK) as Principal Consultant-Strategy. Achievements: 1. In this phase helped several small & medium enterprises to prepare, plan, train, prioritise & focus on their activities. Main activities were market research, preparing the business plan/blue Print to define the short term & long-term goals, Prior to this worked with Zeit Impex Pvt. Ltd. As their Group President. Responsible for a group turnover of 200 Crores with a team size of 225 people & managing 3 business verticals. Manufacturing & Sale of premium solid wood furniture & furnishings, Interior Design Projects & Trading. Achievements: 1. Increased the operational efficiency which resulted dramatic increase of revenues of over 150% in a short span of time. Continued to maintain sustainable growth in business. Strengthened the flagship brand STORIES, increased their foot print. Moved from in house manufacturing to building ecosystem of partnerships and collaboration. Implemented SAP Hana ERP across. Brought about complete integration of all business processes. This outcome was operational excellence. I worked for the same group 4 years back as their CEO during their inception in business & they called me over again to give me an opportunity to lead their organization. My extensive skills, knowledge, exposure across all business domains and across most of the industrial verticals. Complemented by my strong understanding of technology driven platforms, applications/tools, knowledge of systems/process, practical hands-on field/market experience has earned me the distinction and pride to move up the value chain from a Management Trainee to a CEO/Group President.
