As a People Operations and Data Analytics professional, I bring a unique blend of HR expertise and data-driven insights to help organizations optimize their workforce strategies. In my current role at the Wildlife Conservation Society, I support an organization dedicated to saving wildlife and wild places worldwide through science, conservation action, education, and inspiring people to value nature. I work at the intersection of HR and analytics, leveraging data to inform strategic decisions and enhance operational efficiency in support of this mission.My experience spans fast-growth SaaS, hardware, logistics, and now non-profit conservation, where I’ve built strong expertise in systems optimization, HRIS implementation, reporting/analytics, and compliance. I’m passionate about leveraging technology to streamline processes, enhance the employee experience, and empower organizations with data-driven insights that inform strategic decisions.I specialize in People Analytics, transforming workforce data into actionable insights for recruiting, retention, and performance.
