I am a Vice President for U.S. Bank, currently within the Private Capital & Acquisition Finance (Leveraged Lending) team working directly with Private Equity firms. In my role, I work on originations of new leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and add-on acquisition financings, evaluating credit risk and structuring complex financial solutions. With nearly 10 years of experience in Corporate Finance - including prior experience in mortgage banking I have extensive experience in financial modeling, DCF, sensitivity analysis, credit analysis, and debt structuring to drive strategic credit decisions.I hold degrees in Finance and Business Communication from the University of St. Thomas. I have a results-driven approach, perform well under pressure, and have a collaborative mindset that helps navigate high-stakes financial environments.
