Business Development and Support: Primary point of contact for all technical questions from partners. Help partners integrate possibly new products into their ecosystem (e.g, Amazon Alexa, SmartThings, etc). Conduct reviews before production release of integrations and applications. Provide feedback on potential ways to increase connection rate and partner use. Community and Ecosystem Development: Manage the internal and external developer community. Create and deploy the API Developer Portal (developer.honeywellhome.com). Attend events and represent Honeywell to individual developers and partner companies. Internal Product Development: Drive requirements into software and hardware projects that are in-progress and upcoming to support better partner developer experiences as well as support growing revenue through partnership opportunities. Software Engineering: Implement and maintain our Apigee platform to support our Partner API Program for 3rd parties. Build and maintain some 3rd party integrations (Alexa, Google Home, SmartThings, etc)
