I am responsible for creating new, enriching, fun and exciting experiences for individuals of all intellectual and physical abilities and making every new experience a positive experience. My goal from day one has been to expand the program so that all individuals have more choices and are part of the planing process. I also have a caseload and support individuals by working with them to plan there IP and I am responsible for the IP process. I recently added a fitness center at one of our locations and I am very excited about that.
