ABOUT JASON T.

Friendly, humorous, approachable, teachable, and dedicated with good hygiene.I was a hobbyist dev for a long time, mainly to cheat at video games. Built websites pre css using frames, even used Classic ASP. Took some computer science courses in high school and university. Did not pursue a career in programming out of school, chose the professional management track instead. However, in my career history, programming was always a part of my daily life. At first it creating user interfaces to connect to equipment and to pull production data from our machinery. Later I was using JavaScript to add interactivity to PDF files. Eventually ending up building an internal inventory management system, order entry systems and creating SEO optimized websites. By the way none of these were a part of my job descriptions, each time, I was just the only person in the room that knew how to use a computer beyond control + alt + delete.I declared my intentions to go pro in 2013 after I saw the movie \"The Internship\". It really resonated with me and made me reconsider my career path. This was the best decision I ever made, I cultivated knowledge, friendships and a tremendous amount of fulfillment from this great community we have. I have not looked back since.
