Hello! I\'m a human resources professional with a focus on employee relations and workplace investigations. I\'ve worked in HR since 2017, first in local government, then with the financial services sector. Before moving to HR, I managed student discipline, crisis response, and program assessment at colleges and universities. Outside of work I am passionate about helping others and I volunteer to help youth in foster care.

   Investigate claims of alleged misconduct (e.g, bullying, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, workplace violence) against US-based employees. Counsel line of business (LOB) managers on remedial measures to mitigate risk associated with employee misconduct. Train and mentor new investigators. Serve on process improvement work groups.Primary point of contact between Employee Relations (ER) and US Wealth Management (USWM) LOB. Investigate claims of misconduct against high-level USWM employees. Advise USWM leadership on complex and sensitive ER issues. Temporarily supervise a team of up to nine investigators (Sep 2021 - Oct 2022, Sep 2023 - present).
