About Juan Zavala Romero
I am a first-generation Computer Science graduate from California Polytechnic State University with hands-on experience supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise IT systems.Through my academic and professional experience, I have built a strong foundation in operating systems, networking fundamentals, identity and access management, and infrastructure support. I have worked with Windows and macOS environments, Active Directory user management, system deployments, and technical troubleshooting to ensure reliable and secure system operations.In addition to my technical background, I bring proven leadership and communication skills from serving as President of the Latinx Cultural Association, where I led cross-functional initiatives, coordinated teams, and managed organizational operations. This experience strengthened my ability to document processes, communicate technical concepts clearly, and collaborate across teams.I am currently seeking Systems Engineer, Systems Administrator, or Infrastructure-focused roles where I can continue developing my skills in system reliability, automation, cloud technologies, and enterprise IT operations while making a meaningful impact
