Hello! I\'m Jared, a seasoned IT Professional specializing in Enterprise Infrastructure/Systems Integration, Operations, Maintenance, and Project Management. Over the past two decades, I have climbed the ranks and taken on various roles - Network and Systems Security Consultant, Systems Integrator, Information Assurance Manager, Programs and Requirements Manager, Training Developer, Enterprise Systems Manager - overseeing teams tasked with planning, analyzing, and facilitating decision-making processes related to information systems. My expertise lies in systems management, virtualization, orchestration, security, and interoperability. I have a comprehensive understanding of object-oriented languages, databases, hyper-convergence, virtualization, systems planning, integration, and administration, and other IT-related technologies. A significant part of my journey has been mentoring and developing others. I take pride in my leadership skills and my ability to guide teams towards success while fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement. Project management is another area where I excel; I have successfully managed numerous projects from inception to completion, consistently meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations. I am currently working to pursue the following certifications: Nutanix Certified Professional (NCP), CompTIA Linux+, Redhat Enterprise Linux Systems Administrator, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). What sets me apart is my ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of an organization, whether they are internal or external stakeholders, including customers and vendors. My experience extends to the Department of Defense, Federal contracting, and civilian IT and Intelligence programs, giving me a robust knowledge base that I leverage to deliver results.
