My roles and responsibilities include resolving issues which is raised over BMC remedy tool by users which may be belonging rom US-China-India-Sweden,having user interaction to work on their system if it is for one user, if any issue is global then checking server-side if any of the server stopped working or any service got failed. To do health check-up of server during monthly security patching, perform restart of servers and do sanity testing in UI during downtime period. Prepare code based on business requirement using DFC API and Apache POI if data to be retrieved from content server in excel sheet for business purpose. Worked on building import tool to imports thousands of document in webtop UI as per business need. Also, worked in migrating project from Ericsson to third party organization by building export tool to extract all documents from Content server and metadata in xml format. Transferring knowledge to team members to get aware about Documentum architecture. Monitoring Jobs, methods in Documentum Administrator 7.2 Monitoring server using SiteScope to look after services where servers details are mentioned like utilization, CPU, status etc.
