Have been served as a responsible professional for different industry segments prior to Healthcare, Education, IT, Research & Analysis, Construction & Manufacturing with rich experience in whole gamut of HR, Monitor attendance of all the employees in the organization, To maintain the status of leaves record, To maintain all the Personal record for the Employee in the Organization working at present and had been working earlier, new recruitments / Talent Acquisition, Identification & elimination of wasteful practices. To generate and forward the Information system in management (ISM) and maintaining PMS(Performance Management System), manpower planning, organizing motivational programmers, formulation and implementation of HR Policies & handle all HR Operations site wise, Processing of Payroll, Wages, Contractual & Retainers payments in monthly basis, All type of statutory Compliances like EPF, ESIC, Labour Welfare Fund, P.Tax, TDS, Employment Exchange(Quarterly return), Registration under Shop & Establishment Act, Minimum Wages(including annual return), Maintenance of Wages Register branch wise, coordination with Finance for Internal & External Audit related to salary, PF audit & ESIC audit, etc, Maintaining good relations with Govt. Official bodies – Deputy/Asst. Labour Commissioner, PF Enforcement Officer, Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, ESIC Manager, etc, Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions, Knowledge of Performance Appraisal, MRF, F&F Settlement, LTA, MEDICAL, EX-GRATIA/BONUS, LEAVE ENCASHMENT, GRATUITY, MIS on recruitments, etc, Have good exposure in handling all types of Grievances related to all types of Employees.
