I am involved in a blend of academic teaching, research development, and critical responsibilities in Quality Control and Improvement (QCI) and the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) processes and also connected to the academic excellence of the department, engage in cutting-edge research, and play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our educational programs and accreditation standards. Develop and deliver undergraduate and graduate courses in Computer Science, including lectures, labs, and seminars. Design and update course materials and syllabi to ensure they meet industry standards and educational goals. Advise and mentor students, provide academic guidance, and supervise student research projects. Develop and implement assessment methods to evaluate student performance and course effectiveness. Conduct innovative research in areas of specialization within Computer Science. Publish findings in reputable journals and present at conferences. Seek funding opportunities and write grant proposals to support research projects. Foster interdisciplinary collaborations and engage in partnerships with industry and academic institutions. Monitor and evaluate the quality of educational programs, courses, and departmental processes to ensure alignment with institutional goals and standards. Implement and oversee QCI initiatives to enhance teaching effectiveness, curriculum relevance, and student outcomes. Collect and analyze feedback from students, faculty, and stakeholders to drive improvements in academic offerings and departmental operations. Led and supported the preparation of documentation and evidence required for NBA accreditation and reaccreditation. Ensure that the department\'s programs and processes comply with NBA criteria and standards. Prepare reports and coordinate with NBA officials during the accreditation review process. Develop and execute action plans to address any areas of improvement identified by NBA reviews.
