Create, maintain and manage test plan for the testing projects by coordinating with the stakeholders.· Review and re-evaluates the test strategy to adjust for new requirements, changing risks, shifting priorities, and schedules.· Oversee testing projects to make sure work is scheduled based on priorities, risks and team strengths and assignment of resources across projects.· Oversee implementation and execution of functional, regression, and integration tests in agile environment.· Define automation standards and work with the team to implement automatability in existing and new products.· Mentor QA team members and share knowledge to make sure QA staff meets technical qualifications required for their positions.· Work towards improving QA standards and best practices, organizational policies and processes and strategic plans.· Assist management in setting the direction for quality assurance within the organization.· Help in recruiting new staff, conducting interviews and evaluate potential candidates.· Assist in doing yearly appraisals for the QA team members.· Participate in management status meeting for the ongoing projects and participate in upcoming project planning.
