About Jyoti Kumari

I am a PMI PMP certified professional, an alumnus of The Lawrence School Lovedale, armed with a Bachelors of Technology in Nanotechnology from the prestigious Central University of Jharkhand and MBA from OP Jindal University.I began my career in 2017 and started by mix of handling projects around automation and managing delivery- handling a zonal team. Since then my journey in the Talent Space has been amazing progressing from zonal to regional to PAN India and going global. I went on to drive revenue, manage per member productivity, handled revenue forecasting and bulk hiring for prestigious organizations/clients. This effort included working closely with experts to develop proper utilization of resources and Process and Quality Adherence along with working on employer branding, automating processes and finding means of more efficient data tracking. In 2022, I moved to the program world to support the Tech & Transformation charter for APAC at Amazon. My work involved reducing manual hours involved in the process\'s to build a more automated world of recruitment. I am currently working as a Sr. Program Manager at Avalara where I continue to contribute to build process with reduced NVA\'s and drive tech adoption! Apart from my professional field, my journey in academics has been equally exciting. OP Jindal Global University awarded me Outstanding Leader Award for the year 2017, and I was also awarded the Merit Certificate from the Central Board of Secondary Education. I have also been an active athlete, sportsperson and public speaker for which I was rewarded during my schools days and helped me develop my character and leadership.
