ABOUT JYOTIKA KESWANI
As a finance professional, I bring a diverse set of skills and experiences to the table. After completing my Chartered Accountancy (US CPA equivalent), I worked in Mergers & Acquisitions Advisory for three years, serving clients across various sectors, including retail, pharmaceutical, media, and manufacturing. During this time, I enabled clients to drive organizational growth through planning and implementation of business restructuring transactions. I then transitioned into the Financial Planning & Analysis team of India\'s largest department store retailer, where I delivered value through business turnarounds and aided strategic management decision making through financial analysis. This experience further strengthened my expertise in finance and accounting. On graduating as an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, I joined McKinsey & Co, with extensive experience in finance, accounting, and business strategy to drive organizational change.Beyond work, I enjoy exploring my creative side through baking and dancing, as well as traveling to explore new cultures.
