About Jyotika Bhurani

Working at Infineon as a Senior Software Engineer for Methodology and Automation team. Leading the team technically for topics related to Python and Automation frameworks like Robot Framework and PyTest. My current role involves designing new and innovative methods to perform better testing for Aurix devices. Prior to this role, I was working as a Validation Engineer for AUTOSAR described low level drivers. I was handling Flash modules like FEE (Flash EEPROM Emulation) and Flash Loader. I have sound knowledge of testing embedded systems (including Functional, Integration and System Testing).Believer and Practitioner of Agile Methodology. Have vast experience of working with tools like Git, Gerrit, BitBucket, Clearcase for configuration management.Throughout my journey at Infineon, People Development and Learning and Development has been a close topic to my heart. I have been playing the role of coach and mentor for many years to new joinees in the team. I am also a certified Infineon Trainer for both Technical and soft skill trainings. I have also been part of various Diversity groups and help women employee concur their inhibitions by mentoring and encouraging them to be part of talks and presentations outside the company. I have also been part of Grace Hopper poster review community while presenting papers and posters of my own.In future, I would like to explore more for People Management and learning and development roles which allow me to work on my passion and help people discover their full potential in their professional life.
