My research focuses on deciphering and optimizing microbial cell factories, combining deep mechanistic insight with practical bioprocess innovation.I bring interdisciplinary expertise across microbial physiology, enzyme activity profiling, exoproteomics, genomics, and metabolic pathway analysis. Leveraging 13C-based fluxomics, I uncover how microbes metabolize nutritionally and functionally relevant substrates—translating this knowledge into smarter, more efficient production systems.From lab-scale bioreactors to scale-up and process optimization, I design and refine fermentation strategies to enhance bioactive metabolite production and unlock the functional potential of raw materials. My goal is to bridge fundamental science and industrial application, advancing sustainable and precision-driven biomanufacturing.
