About Jyoti Jani

I design the human systems behind innovation, helping leaders build cultures of creativity, inclusion, and sustainable performance that scale from startups to global enterprises.I began my career at Boeing, leading transformation across a multi-billion-dollar Test & Evaluation division of engineers, pilots, and techs supporting 24/7 test operations and a global supply chain of engineering and manufacturing products and services. There, I led change in a high-stakes, highly technical environment, with programs that improved engagement by 50%, strengthened collaboration across global teams, and helped people see their part in something bigger than themselves. I led a flight test team on the certification program on ZA004 - the fourth 787 Dreamliner off the production line, some of the most complex and rewarding work of my career, overcoming globalization challenges to improve performance and trust across organizations and functions. Parallel to my engineering management career, I led Enterprise-wide learning and development programming across commercial and defense divisions to root ambitious performance and cost goals in the employee experience. That experience led me to found Spille:Play, where I’ve partnered with Microsoft, Visa, and the Gates Foundation to build more human, high-performing organizations. My frameworks have reached people, improving alignment by 86% and trust by 90% through embodied play, arts-based visualization, and structured conflict and creativity. As a DJ, radio host, and storyteller who believes music is the purest form of systems thinking at listener-powered KEXP and beyond, I explore how rhythm, emotion, and culture shape the way we connect.Across every system, mechanical, human, or creative, I build structures that thrive through the energy of creativity. Whether I’m working with engineers, executives, or artists, my goal is the same: to turn complexity into coherence and help people joyfully build organizations that move us toward what matters most: life, love, and a future that works for all people.
