I am a seasoned HR professional & a TableTennis player, with hands-on experience in various facets of HR & People Operations. For various software organizations big and small, my expertise lies in mobilizing teams and talent across the organization and counseling on people issues, conflict management and organizational development. I am proactive in anticipating problems related to the workforce and the organization and active in fixing them. Last several years as the leader of the people function in India, my role has expanded into operations for the India region and people function in the Asia Region. As part of the management team and driving operations for India, I worked extensively with global leadership team members in the US and Germany.
